Tasting Notes:
Flintiness and gun-smoke on the nose from the high­ solids fermentation. A strong coreof citrus fruits. White peaches and white flowers provide an elegant touch, while the integrated oak provides char, and notes of Brioche and CremeBrule. Complex and interesting, slightly left of field, and plenty of funk-factor.
