It's quite a wine fragrant, intense, with floral and citrus fruit notes, light flavor, fresh and vibrant.

Grape Varieties: Síria.
 
Vinification: After pressing the grapes, the must was fermented in a stainless steel for 30 days, at around 14°C.

Aging: Brief aging on the fine fermentation lees.

Paring: Light and fresh dishes (grilled or roasted fish, seafood, sushi and sashimi), vegetarian dishes and white meats (grilled chicken and turkey, vegetable soups or dishes with aromatic herbs.

Alcohol Content: 12,0% vol
