It is a wine full of wild fruits, with a juicy mouth, tannins polished and
enveloping finish.
 
Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Alicante Bouschet.
 
Vinification: The grapes of the three varieties fermented separately in
stainless steel vats, with smooth reassembly.

Aging: Partially the wine aged in French oak barrels.

Paring: Light white and red meats (roasted chicken, oven-grilled turkey and
pork loin), mild game dishes (braised rabbit and quail), pastas and risottos.
Vegetarian dishes (grilled or roasted vegetables, dishes with grains and
legumes). Cheeses and starters (younger or semi-cured cheeses and a light
charcuterie board).
 
Alcohol Content: 12,5% vol
