It is a very fruity wine, with notes of blackberries and currants, soft tannins
and beautiful overall harmony.
 
Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz.

Vinification: The grapes of the three varieties fermented separately in vats
stainless steel, with smooth reassembly. In this wine it is just the grape tears
were used.

Aging: Part of the wine aged then into French oak barrels.

Paring: Light white and red meats (roast chicken, turkey, duck, pork), light
game dishes (rabbit and partridge), fatty fish (salmon and cod), vegetarian
dishes and pastas, chanfanas and cured cheeses with more intensity.

Alcohol Content: 13,0% vol
