Characteristics: The first Junmai Daiginjo brewed for Koshinotaka signature brand. The sake rice is made from 'Koshino Shizuku' which can only be used by Fukui prefecture brewers and with Fukui prefecture yeast 'FK-801C'. This sake is made entirely from Fukui prefecture ingredients. A gorgeous aroma and a refreshing aroma coexist, and a soft umami taste from Koshino Shizuku are derived. It is a sake with a crisp aftertaste, which is a characteristic of Koshinotaka.
