Apperance: Brilliant Straw.
Nose: A very complex nose with green apple, spiced pear and short crust pastry. The barrel ferment adds a brioche layer and smokey character.
Palate: 100% Chenin Blanc. A full flavoured wine with an intense mid palate and a long clean finish. More fruit-driven then the nose suggests with apples and pears followed by spice and a yeasty line adding length.
