Sommelier description: Rich sun yellow, with an intense, mysterious scent. Spicy notes play around the fruity nuances of the malt bed. Like a grilled peach with fresh herbs. Very dry, wine-like, also reminiscent of pastis on a warm summer evening. Really unique.
