Production Technology:
Pre-fermentative cold maceration, then, fermentation in steel tanks at 22°C by adding selected yeasts. Malolactic fermentation before winter. For 6 months this wine is sharpened in barrels of I and II passage.
After the assembly, light clarification and finally, the wine is Bottled.
Tasting Notes:
A ruby red colour wine, with a pronounced presence of this important variety, it offers cherry marasca and red fruits jam hints. A noble and elegant taste fulfils the mouth with fruits and spices.
