NOSE:  Very typical and intense bouquets, reminds you of an European Merlot with the unique intensity of the Australian sun. Green asparagus and minty nuances typical of European Merlot, is complemented with a lovely velvet vanilla. Similar to European Merlot only showing the rich intensity of the Australian climate.
PALATE: Complex red berry flavors, rich and intense, with a long vanilla finish. 
FOOD MATCHING:  Excellent accompaniment to grilled beef, roast lamb and venison. To fully enjoy the smoothness and flavors, let this wine breathe for at least 30 minutes before drinking—better if decanter is used.
